QISSA — قِصَّة uses your information to manage orders, deliver your purchases and provide support.

We collect the details you provide when shopping or contacting us: your name, contact information, delivery address, order history and support messages. Payment providers process online payments. Refunds may require recipient details, including InstaPay details.

Cookies and similar technologies also collect device, browser and browsing information.

We use your information to process orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds; answer questions; improve the store; prevent fraud; and meet legal obligations.

Marketing and personalized advertising are subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices.

3. Who receives your information

We share relevant information with Shopify and providers supporting payments, shipping, customer service, analytics and marketing. We may also disclose information with your permission, where legally required, to protect our rights or during a business transfer.

Shopify hosts our store. Where its enhanced features are used, Shopify may process activity across merchants for personalization and advertising under its Consumer Privacy Policy. You can manage relevant choices through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

4. Cookies & your choices

Cookies support checkout, remember preferences and help with analytics and advertising. You can manage them through your browser and any privacy controls available on the store. Blocking cookies may affect some features.

Unsubscribe from promotional emails using their unsubscribe link. Essential order messages will still be sent. External services, including WhatsApp, have their own privacy policies.

We use reasonable safeguards, although no system is completely secure. Never send passwords, card security codes or InstaPay PINs to our support team.

We retain information as needed for orders, support, legal records and resolving disputes. Our providers may process information outside Egypt, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, withdraw consent or object to certain uses. We may verify your identity and retain legally required records. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
